When I fell in love with triathlon and dedicated myself to training I started to see drastic speed improvements in swimming, biking and running. Eventually, I knew my improvements had to slow and decided to commit to grinding a steady ladder of improvement every day. Eventually I recognized my key to boosting performance would be to step back and assess what I could dedicate myself to without tearing my body down. Nutrition was the obvious point of focus, especially because I am one of the heaviest elite racers in the world of long distance triathlon.
I think a common thread many endurance racers share is a desire to dig out and discover their best possible self with PFC that's what we set out to do. Two years later, all of my original goals are accomplished and now it's time to set new ones... Bigger and better ones. PFC is an asset to any athlete and a major piece to the puzzle "How good can I get?"
